"Slow Resistance Training" the "Body by Science" way- brief workouts that last about 30 minutes once per week with proven results.
"Intensity" is what matters. To stimulate your body to change, your exercise intensity must be high enough to cause your body to respond. After the brief weekly workout, recovery is very important! Exercising again too soon will hinder progress.
